Latham & Watkins Advises Opendoor in Merger with Social Capital Hedosophia SPAC

Opendoor Labs Inc. (Opendoor or the Company), the pioneer and market leader in iBuying, has announced that it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. II (NYSE: IPOB) (SCH), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, to bring public a leading digital platform for residential real estate.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Opendoor in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by M&A partners Justin Hamill in New York, Josh Dubofsky in the Bay Area, Kristen Grannis in Boston, and counsel Michael Anastasio in New York, and capital markets partners Rachel Sheridan and Shagufa Hossain in Washington, D.C.
