Latham & Watkins Advises Onex in Acquisition of Fidelity Building Services Group

A multidisciplinary deal team represents the Toronto-based investment manager.

Onex Corporation (Onex) (TSX:ONEX) has announced that Onex Partners V, Onex’ US$7.2 billion fund, has agreed to acquire Fidelity Building Services Group, in partnership with the company’s management team. The transaction is anticipated to close later this year subject to customary closing conditions.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Onex in the transaction with a M&A deal team led by Washington, D.C. partner Paul Sheridan and Chicago partners Daniel Breslin and Shaun Hartley, with associate Cierra Warren.
