Working together, the companies will deliver a compelling solution for artists, songwriters, and other music rights owners seeking to realize and grow the value of their music assets.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents KKR in the transaction with a corporate team led by New York partner Justin Hamill, Century City partner Jonathan West, and New York partner Kate Withers, with New York associate Julian Azran, Century City associate Sam Lehman, and New York associate Daniel Weissman.
