Latham & Watkins Advises the Initial Purchasers in Teine Energy Ltd.’s US$400 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

A Houston-based team advises the initial purchasers in the transaction.

Teine Energy Ltd. has announced its offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior unsecured notes due 2029 in a private placement to eligible purchasers under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The notes will mature on April 15, 2029.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the initial purchasers in the offering with a Houston-based team led by partners Michael Chambers and Trevor Lavelle, with associates Erin Lee, Jessica Sherman, and Matt Cannon. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with associate Dom Constantino.
