Latham & Watkins Advises the Initial Purchasers in CrownRock L.P.’s US$400 Million Senior Notes Offering

A Houston-based team advises the initial purchasers in the transaction.

CrownRock, L.P., an oil and gas producing joint venture of CrownQuest Operating and Lime Rock Partners, has priced its offering US$400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5% senior unsecured notes due 2029 (notes). The notes will mature on May 1, 2029.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Michael Chambers, David Miller, and Trevor Lavelle, with associates Madeleine Neet, Jacob Weiner, and Brent Wagner. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with associate Marianne Standley; and on environmental matters by Los Angeles counsel Joshua Marnitz.
