Latham & Watkins Advises GTCR in Connection with its Sale of Inteliquent to Sinch

A corporate team advised the private equity firm.

GTCR has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Inteliquent, the largest independent voice communications provider in the United States, to Sinch AB (publ), a global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement as detailed in the company press release. The purchase price paid reflects a total cash consideration of US$1,140 million on a cash and debt-free basis.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented GTCR in the transaction with a corporate team led by Chicago partners Brad Faris and Max Schleusener with associates Omar Ammash and Dian Yu.
