Latham & Watkins Advises Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. in IPO

Multidisciplinary deal team represented the airline in the offering.

Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. (Frontier), a low-cost airline carrier, has closed its initial public offering of 34.5 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of US$19 per share. The offering consisted of 15 million shares of common stock offered by Frontier and 19.5 million shares of common stock offered sold by certain of Frontier’s existing stockholders, including Indigo Partners. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on April 1, 2021 under the ticker symbol “ULCC.”

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Frontier in the offering with a corporate team led by Bay Area partners Tony Richmond, Miles Jennings, and Brian Paulson, with Bay Area associate Michelle Lu, New York associate Will Clark, and Bay Area associate Josh Landis.
