Latham & Watkins Advises Drizly in US$1.1 Billion Acquisition by Uber

A Boston-based team advises the e-commerce beverage marketplace in the strategic transaction.

Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) and Drizly have announced that they have reached an agreement for Uber to acquire Drizly for approximately US$1.1 billion in stock and cash.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Drizly in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Evan Smith and Daniel Hoffman and Boston counsel Andrew Moosmann, with Boston associates Stephen Levy, Samantha Gross, and Tyler Mills.
