Latham & Watkins Advises Clovis Point Capital in Sale of CPaT Global, LLC

A corporate deal team advises the Texas-based growth equity firm in the transaction.

Clovis Point Capital, LLC (Clovis Point) has announced that it has exited its position in CPaT Global, LLC (CPaT Global or the Company). CPaT Global, headquartered in Spring, Texas, is an industry-leading software company that provides airlines, training organizations, aircraft maintenance companies, and aviation professionals distance training solutions delivered through its proprietary learning management system platform. Over the course of Clovis Point’s investment, enterprise value increased 16.2x at a CAGR of 55.6%.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Clovis Point Capital in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner James Garrett, with Houston associate John Daywalt.
