Latham Represents HPS Investment Partners, LLC in Investment in Ankura Consulting Group

Ankura Consulting Group, LLC, an independent global expert services and advisory firm, along with its lead investor Madison Dearborn Partners, a leading private equity firm, has announced a strategic investment from HPS Investment Partners, LLC, a leading global investment firm, which will become a minority equity owner. The investment values the Company at US$1.5 billion and is expected to close this calendar year.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents HPS in the transaction with a capital markets team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos and Peter Sluka, with associates Andrew Blumenthal, Ryan Gold, and Lia-Michelle Keane. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Jocelyn Noll, with associate Eric Kamerman.
