Mergermarket Recognizes Latham as M&A Adviser of the Year for France

Firm also shortlisted as M&A Adviser of the Year for Spain at Mergermarket's 2019 Europe M&A Awards.

Mergermarket has recognized Latham & Watkins as the M&A Adviser of the Year for France at its 2019 Europe M&A Awards.

The awards recognize financial and legal advisers’ excellence in M&A deals and are based both on Mergermarket league tables and on input from an independent judging panel.

Latham was also shortlisted as M&A Adviser of the Year for Spain.
