Latham & Watkins Advises the Underwriters in Helix’s Upsized Convertible Notes Offering

A capital markets team advised the underwriters in the international offshore energy services company’s offering.

Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. has announced it has priced an upsized offering of US$200 million principal amount of 6.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced US$175 million aggregate principal amount. Helix expects to close the offering of the 2026 Notes on or about August 14, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Evercore ISI are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Ryan Maierson and New York partner Greg Rodgers, with Los Angeles counsel Arash Aminian Baghai, Houston associates Om Pandya and Paul Robe, and New York associate Ryan Gold.
