Latham & Watkins Advises Super Free Games on Sale to Stillfront Group AB

Stillfront Group AB has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Super Free Games, Inc., a rapidly growing and profitable US-headquartered gaming company focusing on market-leading Casual games including successful titles such as Word Collect, Word Nut and Trivia Star, for an upfront consideration of US$150M as well as earnout consideration in an undisclosed amount. The sellers are the joint founders and main owners of Super Free as well as certain key employees and other investors.
