Latham & Watkins Advises SoftBank on Leading E-Commerce Shipping Platform’s Funding Round

Latham & Watkins advised SoftBank Vision Fund 2, a prolific investor in many parts of the e-commerce eco system, on leading Sendcloud’s US$177 million Series C financing. L Catterton made a significant strategic investment in the funding round, with HPE Growth also participating.
