Advent International and Forescout Technologies, Inc. announced the completion of Advent's offer to purchase all the outstanding shares of Forescout common stock.
Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors, and Forescout Technologies, Inc., the leader in Enterprise of Things security, announced the successful completion of Advent’s offer to purchase all the outstanding shares of Forescout common stock.
