London emerging companies team advises on financing round giving the UK’s fasting growing used car marketplace a valuation of over US$1 billion.
Latham & Watkins advised Index Ventures on a US$190 million Series C funding round for Motorway, the UK’s fastest growing used car marketplace. Motorway has now achieved unicorn status with a valuation of over US$1 billion.
The round was led by Index Ventures and ICONIQ Growth, with participation from existing investors Latitude, Unbound, and BMW i Ventures.
