Latham & Watkins advised Goldman Sachs
Bank USA on its US$150 million receivables funding facility for Splitit
Payments Limited (Splitit), a global payment solutions provider. The new
three-year revolving facility is twice the size of Splitit’s existing credit
facilities, supporting its US and European growth.
The Latham team was led by London finance
