Latham & Watkins Advises DigitalBridge in Acquisition of Telenet’s Mobile Telecommunication Tower Business

DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG) has announced its affiliate, DigitalBridge Investment LLC (DigitalBridge), has entered into an agreement to acquire Telenet Group Holding’s (Euronext Brussels: TNET) mobile telecommunication tower business, comprising more than 3,300 sites, to create and invest in the first independent tower company in Belgium, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately €745 million or $820 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents DigitalBridge in the transaction with a cross-border deal team led by M&A partners Ravi Purohit in Houston/New York and Brendan Moylan in London, with associates Aaron Bassett, Justin Thekkekara, and Jacopo Eftekhar Zonouzi.
