Latham & Watkins Advises The Cheesecake Factory In US$200 Million Strategic Investment From Roark Capital

The deal was led by a team from three California Latham offices.

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, a leader in experiential dining, announced that it has closed on a US$200 million convertible preferred investment from affiliates of Roark Capital according to the company’s press release

Latham & Watkins LLP represents The Cheesecake Factory in the transaction with a corporate team lead by Century City partner David Zaheer, Los Angeles partner Paul Tosetti, and Bay Area partner Kathleen Wells with associates Alidad Damooei, Ed Grigoryan, and Drew Parkes.
