Latham Advises BC Partners on Acquisition of Havea

Latham & Watkins has advised BC Partners, a leading international investment firm, on its exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Havea, the French leader in natural healthcare serving the European market.

The new partnership would support Havea’s best-in-class management team to execute its strategy of strong organic growth, empower it to accelerate its pace of M&A with complementary businesses, and continue investing in digitalisation.

The Latham Paris team was led by corporate partner Denis Criton, with corporate associates Antoine Dufrane, Julia Lefevre, Pierre-Yves Marquet, and Eva Labbé.
