Latham & Watkins Advises Astorg on the Acquisition of IQ-EQ by a Continuation Fund

Latham & Watkins has advised Astorg on the acquisition of IQ-EQ by a €1.3 billion Continuation Fund in partnership with AlpInvest and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Vintage Funds, alongside a diverse group of limited partners.
IQ-EQ is an independent global investor services provider and the last remaining asset in Astorg V.
The Latham team was led by corporate partners Thomas Forschbach and Alexander Crosthwaite in Paris and Tom Evans in London, with Paris associates Louise Gurly, Thibault Burnier and Pierre-Yves Marquet and London associates Maarten Overmars, Aaron Bassett, Hadi Najem and Zeynep Kocabas. Advice was also provided on regulatory matters by London partner Nicola Higgs with London associates Anne Mainwaring and Ella McGinn.
