Leading Equity Capital Markets Partner to Join Latham & Watkins in London

Arrival of Chris Horton further enhances the firm’s Equity Capital Markets and Public Company Representation Practices.

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Chris Horton will join the London office as a partner in the Corporate Department. Horton’s practice focuses on advising listed companies, investment banks, and asset managers on a variety of complex ECM, M&A, and regulatory matters.

Horton has particular experience advising on IPOs and secondary offerings as well as M&A transactions involving UK premium listed companies.

Horton will join Latham from Simmons & Simmons. He graduated with a first class degree in Modern Languages from Bristol University before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Guildford, qualifying as a solicitor of England & Wales in 1998.
