Latham & Watkins Contributes to Leading Investment Banking Book

New and updated third edition covers key topics on valuation and deal-making, including new insights on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Direct Listings, and Special Purpose Acquisitions Companies (SPACs).

Latham & Watkins has contributed to the new and updated third edition of Investment Banking: Valuation, LBOs, M&A, and IPOs, a best-selling book on deal-making and definitive resource for investment banks, private equity, investment firms, and corporations undertaking initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), restructurings, and investment decisions. The third edition features new insights and analysis on IPOs, direct listings, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Latham & Watkins contributed to several chapters covering IPOs, direct listings, SPACs, convertible notes, M&A, and LBOs.
