Latham Named to BTI CyberSavvy 16

BTI Consulting Group recognizes firm for the second time for its cybersecurity and data privacy prowess.

In its Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Report, BTI Consulting Group has named Latham to its CyberSavvy 16 list, recognizing law firms that “know what is coming next and can interpret the requirements to help them get where they need to go… [and] can simplify even the most complex legal matters and are unwavering in their dedication to clients.” 

Along with being named to the CyberSavvy 16, Latham was recognized for its cybersecurity and data privacy prowess with regards to Federal Agency Management, Federal Regulations, Global Regulations, and Litigation. This is the second time BTI has honored Latham’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice in this report. 

Latham’s Data Privacy & Security Practice not only advises on compliance and best practices for data management and incident preparedness, but also excels at the just-in-time, experience-based legal advice that is needed in the immediate aftermath of cyber incidents.
