Matthew Xu is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm's Securities and M&A Litigation Practice.
Prior to joining Latham, Matthew clerked for Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster on the Delaware Chancery Court. Matthew earned his JD from the University of Chicago Law School where he served as an articles editor of the University of Chicago Business Law Review and as co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
