Zach Thompson is a Knowledge Management Counsel for the Investment Funds Practice of Latham & Watkins and is based in the San Diego office.
Prior to joining the firm’s knowledge management team, Mr. Thompson was counsel in the firm’s Investment Funds Practice, advising private fund sponsors, investors, and joint venture participants in forming, investing in, and operating investment funds and alternative investment vehicles. His experience includes counseling sponsors with a range of private funds, including real estate funds, infrastructure funds, energy funds, debt funds, buyout funds, co-investment funds, evergreen funds, and permanent capital vehicles.
