Zack Beal represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, financial services disputes, and cross-border matters.
Zack’s practice includes commercial contract disputes, fraud-related matters, real estate disputes, and antitrust counseling.
His experience includes securing dismissals through motion practice and achieving favorable resolutions in complex disputes for clients in the financial services, manufacturing, real estate, technology, and energy sectors. He has particular experience in cross-border disputes, including coordinating with foreign counsel and navigating jurisdictional issues involving foreign parties.
Zack maintains an active pro bono practice. He defended a century-old family-owned business in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation that threatened to close the business, securing dismissal with prejudice. He also obtained asylum for a Cuban refugee fleeing government persecution.
Prior to joining Latham, Zack practiced at another international law firm.
