Prior to joining Latham, Zach worked at another international law firm in New York. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Reena Raggi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Zach graduated from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, where he served as an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review and as an executive submissions editor of the Harvard Business Law Review. Zach has published articles regarding insider trading and antitrust issues.
