    Liam experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged acquisition financings.

    Prior to joining Latham, Liam worked in the leveraged finance practice of a Magic Circle firm.
