Yiwei (Lily) Jiang is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Lily represents clients in a broad range of patent litigation matters, with experience spanning diverse technological fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and electronics. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients on asylum and constitutional rights matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Lily served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Lily earned her JD from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review and served as treasurer for both the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, with a concentration in biomolecular and bioengineering, from the California Institute of Technology.
Prior to attending law school, Lily worked at a life sciences company that provides evidence‑based data, analytics, and consulting services to hospitals and health systems.
