Yehbin (April) Yoon

April Yoon is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

April represents investment and commercial banks, as well as private debt funds, in a variety of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings.

April received her JD and LLM from Boston University School of Law. During law school, she served as a Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and a note development editor of the International Law Journal.
