Rachel Mo is a finance associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.
Rachel represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, private credit funds, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of cross-border finance transactions, with a particular focus on complex leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, restructurings, and other secured lending transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Rachel trained and qualified at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
