    Xuan Yi Lee is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Banking & Private Credit Practice.

    She focuses on a range of finance transactions including cross-border, leveraged and acquisition financings, refinancings, and other secured lending transactions.

    Xuan Yi trained in the firm’s Singapore and London offices, developing a wide range of experience in banking and finance, M&A, and capital markets transactions. 

    Experience

    Xuan Yi’s experience includes advising: 

    • Pentagreen Capital on a US$55 million term-loan Holdco facility for Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation to finance the development of solar power projects in the Philippines. This transaction was awarded Most Innovative Deal of the Year (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Finance Awards 2026
    • Oravel Stays Pte Ltd, a leading Indian hotel management technology group, on its senior secured syndicated term loan facility and a revolving credit facility for the Oyo hospitality chain
    • PT Energi Mega Persada TBK, a prominent Indonesian upstream oil and gas company, on term loan facilities for construction companies PT Petroflexx Prima Daya and PT Wira Cipta Perkasa
    • The arrangers, in connection with a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility for B&B Hotels’ refinancing of its existing debt
    • Loka Holdings, an Indonesian-based travel company, on its term loan facility
    • Vingroup, on its issue of US$250 million 10% exchangeable bonds, exchangeable into the shares of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company
