Xiran (Celine) Yan is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.
Prior to joining Latham full time, Celine was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office. She also worked as a judicial intern for the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as a judicial extern for the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
While in law school, Celine served as the Online Executive Editor of the SMU International Law Review.
Prior to law school, Celine worked as a law clerk at an international law firm in Shanghai.
