Xingyi Li is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.
Xingyi represents public and private companies. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Xingyi earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, Xingyi was a judicial extern for Judge Charles R. Breyer of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. She also served as a student attorney at the International Human Rights Law Clinic.
