Xiaoyi (Lillian) Wang

Lillian Wang is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice.

Lillian represents public companies on a variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, public company reporting, securities regulation, and capital market transactions. 

Lillian received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as notes editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
