    Class Action and Mass Tort Litigation

    • Vantage Specialty Chemicals in litigations alleging personal injury and class claims based on exposure to ethylene oxide from a production facility in Gurnee, Illinois
    • Eastman Chemical in litigations alleging personal injury claims based on exposure to ethylene oxide from a production facility in Longview, Texas
    • JUUL Labs in multidistrict litigation involving products liability, sales, marketing and design claims, as well as in related actions brought by several state attorneys general
    • Young Living Essential Oils in a securities fraud class action related to the company’s business model
    • A multimillion-dollar corporation in two antitrust class action lawsuits alleging that conspiracy among automotive data and technology service providers resulted in inflated prices

    Cybersecurity Litigation

    • Ascension Health in class actions arising from an alleged data security incident
    • CDK Global in class actions and other litigations arising from an alleged data security incident

    Commercial Disputes

    • Peaker Power in a contract dispute against Shell arising from the February 2021 Texas winter storm
    • Former executives in a dispute involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer, and alter ego claims
