Wilson Boardman represents companies in high-stakes litigation.
Wilson earned a JD from the University of Chicago where he was an editor of the Business Law Review, earned Pro Bono Honors, and won the Ann Watson Barber Award for “exceptional contributions to the quality of life at the Law School.” During law school, he interned for Judge Dabney L. Friedrich on the US District Court for the District of Columbia and was a member of the University of Chicago’s Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic.
Wilson received the leadership in education award while at Harvard earning a master’s degree. His bachelor’s in Finance and Spanish is from the University of Alabama, where he was awarded one of two Algernon Sydney Sullivan Awards, “the highest award the University offers for excellent character and service.” Before becoming a lawyer, Wilson taught in high-poverty public schools in Denver and Boston. He also interned in the Global Investment Research division of Goldman Sachs.
Prior to joining Latham, Wilson clerked for Judge Peter J. Messitte and Judge Deborah L. Boardman (no relation) of the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
