William Seidleck is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate Practice.
William represents various types of clients in litigation before the Supreme Court of the United States, various appellate courts, and trial courts on dispositive motions. He has drafted appellate and dispositive-motions briefs, including at the certiorari and merits stages in the Supreme Court of the United States. William also advises clients involved in administrative proceedings or looking to challenge regulatory actions by administrative agencies. His experience encompasses a wide variety of substantive areas including constitutional law, administrative law, and contract law.
Prior to joining Latham, William served as a law clerk to Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Judge Jay S. Bybee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Judge Victor J. Wolski of the United States Court of Federal Claims. He also previously worked as a Constitutional Law Fellow at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and as an associate at a leading law firm.
William received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, magna cum laude, where he was the online executive editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
