Grant Oken is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Grant represents financial institutions, borrowers, and private credit funds on a wide variety of finance transactions, including syndicated loan transactions, debt restructurings, and leveraged financings.

He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing low-income seniors in need of legal assistance through the New York Volunteers of Legal Service organization.

While at the University of Chicago Law School, Grant served as vice president of the New York Law Students Association and mentored students through the First-Generation Professionals organization.

Prior to joining Latham, Grant worked as a summer associate in the firm’s New York office.
