Will Boudreau is an associate based in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Will advises clients on government enforcement actions, internal investigations, corporate governance issues, and professional liability matters. He rejoined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. John F. Kness of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Before beginning his legal career, Will served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Will’s experience includes advising individual and corporate clients in:

  • Internal investigations supervised by Boards of Directors or Audit Committees
  • SEC investigations and enforcement matters against issuers, auditors, broker dealers, and investment advisors
  • Criminal and civil investigations brought by the Department of Justice
  • Investigations related to United States export controls and trade sanctions as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
  • Securities class action litigation
