- Engaging with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state attorneys general, including on investigative demands, enforcement, and litigation

A forward-looking lawyer, Will developed an AI tool for clients to assess US state data breach notification obligations, garnering firm recognition from The Financial Times. Complementing his commercial work, he also maintains a robust pro bono practice, including support for nonprofits on technology risk management. Will has also advocated to improve detention conditions for children in custodial care.
Before joining Latham, Will clerked for Judge Liam O’Grady on the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria) and worked at another global law firm.
