Ng Wei Jing, Pamela is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Pamela represents a broad range of clients, including banks, private credit institutions, and other financial institutions, on cross-border leveraged financing transactions. 

Pamela maintains an active pro bono practice, contributing to the Pro Bono Institute Survey in partnership with the Pro Bono Institute and assisting Cancer Research UK with its legal needs. 

Pamela’s experience includes advising:

  • The initial purchasers and super senior RCF lenders on the financing aspects connected to the offering by way of a private placement by Ourvita, also known as Farmaceutici Procemsa S.p.A. Società Benefit, a company active in the development and production of pharmaceutical specialty
  • IK Partners on the financing aspects connected to its acquisition of a minority stake investment in Seventeen Group
