Victoria Basedow is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Victoria represents investment banks, commercial banks, and direct lenders in a range of leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus in acquisition and cross-border financings.

Victoria earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Victoria served as a senior editor for the Michigan Law Review and participated in the University of Michigan Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. 

Prior to law school, Victoria worked on a legal and compliance team at a quantitative investment manager.
