Victoria Hsia supports the firm with respect to interpreting the rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical and business conflicts of interest.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Victoria advised on enterprise ethics and compliance matters for a large financial institution. Before that, she was an associate at an international law firm.
