Tyler Israel is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Tyler represents public and private companies and their investors in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and data and technology transactions. He primarily advises clients within the life sciences and technology sectors.
Tyler maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans with disabilities and underserved communities in connection with immigration matters.
Tyler received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley, where he achieved academic awards in venture capital and intellectual property law. Prior to law school, he worked as a laboratory scientist for biotechnology companies in the Mountain West region.
