Tyler P. Haynes

Tyler Haynes is a finance associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Tyler represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as operating companies, emerging companies, and public companies in a variety of financing transactions including venture financings, acquisition financings, and other cash flow and asset-based credit facilities.

Prior to joining Latham, Tyler was an associate at a Boston-based law firm.
