Tyler Halloran is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. Tyler represents institutional and individual clients in white collar investigations, complex commercial litigation, and class action securities matters across a variety of industries. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily involving federal housing discrimination litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Tyler served as a law clerk to Judge K. Michael Moore of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before law school, Tyler worked as a forensic accountant at FTI Consulting and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Villanova School of Business, with a minor in history.
Tyler currently serves as a member of the Recruiting Committee.
