Tulika Sinha

Tulika Sinha represents investment and commercial banks, borrowers, and private equity firms in a range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

Ms. Sinha is a member of the firm's Finance Department and the Banking Practice. She also currently serves as member of the Diversity Leadership Committee.

Ms. Sinha maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans with disabilities and victims of domestic violence.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Sinha worked as a corporate attorney in India.
