A real estate investment firm in the formation of a joint venture and related US$139 million acquisition and financing of a luxury hotel in Washington, D.C.*
An international electric vehicle battery manufacturer in its US$100 million acquisition of an Illinois industrial property and related regulatory and rezoning efforts*
